- Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices, bills, and statements using billing software.
- Payment Processing: Record incoming payments, check receipts, and update client ledger accounts.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate and fix billing errors, underpayments, or overpayments.
- Collections: Follow up with clients regarding overdue balances and payment deadlines.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial databases and assist with month-end reporting.
