Esthète Creations is a creative branding and digital marketing agency that works across strategy, content, design, video, and performance marketing.

We are looking for a Creative Visualiser who can turn ideas, briefs, and marketing objectives into strong visual concepts. Someone who can think beyond individual posts and understand how an idea can become a campaign, a visual language, or a complete brand experience.

Role Overview

As a Creative Visualiser, you will work closely with the content, marketing, client servicing, and production teams to develop visual directions for campaigns and digital content.

The role involves both thinking and execution. You should be comfortable developing a concept from a brief, exploring different visual approaches, creating the initial visual direction, and taking it through to the final creative.

We are looking for someone who understands why a creative works, not just how to design it.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Concept & Visualisation

- Understand campaign briefs, brand requirements, target audiences, and communication objectives
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns and social media
- Translate copy, ideas, and marketing objectives into strong visual concepts
- Explore different visual styles, compositions, layouts, and storytelling approaches
- Develop moodboards, references, visual treatments, and rough concepts when required
- Think beyond individual creatives and contribute to campaign-level visual thinking

Design & Creative Execution

- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, branding, and other communication requirements
- Create static creatives, carousels, campaign adaptations, and other visual assets
- Maintain consistency across different creatives within a campaign
- Adapt concepts across different formats and platforms while maintaining the core idea
- Work with typography, composition, imagery, colour, hierarchy, and visual storytelling effectively




- Use AI and emerging creative tools to explore and develop visual concepts where relevant

Collaboration

- Work closely with content creators and strategists to develop ideas and campaigns
- Collaborate with video editors and production teams to translate static concepts into motion or video
- Coordinate with client servicing teams to understand briefs and incorporate feedback
- Participate in creative discussions, brainstorming sessions, and campaign planning
- Present and explain creative directions to internal teams when required

Quality & Brand Consistency

- Ensure every creative meets Esthète's quality standards
- Maintain visual consistency with client brand guidelines
- Review designs before delivery and ensure attention to detail
- Stay updated with emerging visual trends, design styles, digital formats, and creative references

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, creative design, or a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and visual execution
- Valuable understanding of composition, typography, colour, imagery, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to interpret a brief and develop an appropriate visual direction
- Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising creatives
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to experiment with new visual styles and creative tools
- Strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in an advertising, branding, or creative agency
- Understanding of campaign ideation and visual storytelling
- Experience creating social media campaigns and digital advertisements
- Basic understanding of motion/video and how static concepts translate into video
- Knowledge of AI image generation and AI-assisted creative workflows
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
