Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and implement application solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java code
- Participate in architecture and design discussions
- Debug and resolve software defects in a timely manner
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines
- Contribute to unit testing and integration testing strategies
- Support production issues (Level II support)
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and meet delivery timelines
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements

Required Skills and Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Java development
- Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Framework
- Experience building RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of JPA, Design Patterns, and System Design principles
- Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)




- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Knowledge of Maven/Gradle build tools
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Committed team player with a positive, winning attitude

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Microservices architecture
- Basic knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms
- Frontend exposure (React/Angular)
- Experience with NoSQL databases

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
