We are looking for skilled and passionate Bread and Cookie Makers to join our bakery team. The ideal candidates should have experience in baking, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods. You will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of breads and cookies according to our recipes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:Bread Making:
- Prepare and mix dough for various types of breads (sourdough, whole wheat, white, etc.)
- Monitor fermentation and proofing processes
- Shape loaves and operate baking ovens
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
Cookie Making:
- Prepare cookie dough from scratch or pre-set recipes
- Portion and shape cookies uniformly
- Bake and cool cookies to optimal texture and taste
- Decorate or finish cookies as required (e.g., icing, toppings)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in a bakery or similar food production role preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes precisely
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina – able to stand for long periods and lift baking trays
- Team player with a good attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,405.78 - ₹22,740.37 per month
