Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Assistant Bartender to support the bar team in delivering efficient, high-quality beverage service. The role involves preparing basic drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness and stock, assisting the bartender during service, and ensuring guests receive a welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the bartender with daily bar operations and guest service.

Prepare garnishes, mixers, ice, glassware, and other bar mise en place.

Prepare basic beverages and cocktails according to established recipes.

Refill and organize bar supplies throughout the shift.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and work areas.

Collect and clear used glasses, bottles, and barware.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.

Monitor inventory and inform the bartender or supervisor when supplies are low.

Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures and company policies.

Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to guests.

Support bartenders and other Food & Beverage team members during busy periods.

Follow food safety, hygiene, health,



and workplace safety standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.

Basic knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar equipment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of the role.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
