Role Purpose
Work closely with the Founder and technical team to translate business, HR and compliance requirements into clear product specifications, development priorities and production-ready features.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert HR and compliance workflows into developer-ready user stories and requirements.
- Prepare PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and sprint backlogs.
- Plan and coordinate Agile sprints with the development team.
- Conduct UAT across product modules and business workflows.
- Define and validate API requirements and data flows.
- Perform SQL-based data audits and identify product/data issues.
- Create wireframes and workflow documentation where required.
- Coordinate product delivery timelines and priorities.
- Manage client feedback, bugs and product improvement requests.
- Work closely with Developers, UI/UX Designers and QC/QA Engineers.
- Report product progress, risks and delivery issues to the Founder.

- Product management for B2B SaaS applications.
- PRD and user-story writing.

- API contract understanding.
- Wireframing and product documentation.

- UAT and defect management.
- Strong understanding of business applications and enterprise workflows.
Qualification
B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT or equivalent preferred, with MBA or equivalent practical startup/product experience.
Preferred Experience
Experience in HR Tech, HRMS, ERP, Supply Chain, Payroll, Compliance or other B2B SaaS products is an advantage.
Ideal Candidate
A Product Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Product Manager, SaaS Consultant or startup qualified who can independently bridge the gap between Founder → Business Requirements → Product Specification → Development → UAT → Client Feedback.
Engagement: Freelancing / Business Partnering / Project-Based
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience, capability and agreed partnership structure.
Pay: ₹577,775.42 - ₹2,071,924.90 per year
