Creative Diam is looking for a Graphic Designer + Video Editor to join our in-house marketing team.
We’re looking for someone who is creative, hands-on and execution-focused — someone who can take an idea or direction and turn it into high-quality visual content across social media and other brand touchpoints.
What you’ll do
- Design creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other platforms
- Edit Reels, short-form videos and product videos
- Create engaging social media graphics, carousels, stories and ad creatives
- Edit and polish footage shot on iPhone/camera
- Help shoot content when required — basic videography skills are a strong plus
- Work closely with our Marketing & Branding team to maintain a consistent brand identity, tone and visual language
- Adapt content for different platforms and formats
- Help create visual content for product launches, campaigns, exhibitions and marketing initiatives
- Organise and maintain creative assets, footage and design files
- Keep up with current social media trends, editing styles and visual formats
What we’re looking for
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Good command of Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut or similar editing tools
- Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create content that looks premium and polished, not just template-based
- Understanding of Instagram/Reels and what makes content engaging
- Basic videography and camera/iPhone shooting skills preferred
- Positive attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Most importantly — a good creative eye and willingness to experiment
Work Structure
Location: Surat
⏰ Flexible working hours
Expected to be in the office approximately 2–4 hours a day, depending on ongoing work and shoots
₹15,000–₹25,000/month, depending on experience and skill set
