Job Requirement

Maintain daily books of accounts in tally.

· Record sales, purchase, expenses and journal entries

· Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

· Day end cash closing

· Daily Reconciliation of Card payment, gpay payment and shopify payments

· Monthly Preparing Profit and Loss Account

· Renewal of OD annualy

· Submitting GSTR Reports for GST filling Monthly

· Confirming the 3B purchases in GSTR 3B Monthly

· TDS Confirmation Monthly

· Verify purchase entry with qnty and price and entering in software

· Price Update if any

· Payment processing

· Daily updates of account balance

· Planning fund utilization with team members and put the plan in group each week.

· Offer and discount management in INFI system.

· New product pricing and configuration in INFI system, Shopify and Amazon or all online mediums.

· Stock Reconciliation.

· Damage entry and stock out entries in INFI.

· Adding Subscription to the scheme.

· Stock inspection without notice.

· Licence renewals and recent licence taking.

· Petty Cash management

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
