We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to own and grow our social media presence across platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines solid content thinking, platform expertise, trend awareness and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own social media strategy and content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop platform-specific content ideas, campaigns and formats that drive reach and engagement.
- Work closely with design, copy, marketing and business teams to take ideas from concept to execution.
- Stay ahead of social trends, creator formats, memes and emerging content opportunities.
- Plan and execute social campaigns around product launches, brand initiatives and key moments.
- Track social media performance and use insights to improve content and strategy.
- Manage creators, influencers and agencies where required.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and strong community presence across channels.
- Drive day-to-day social media execution with a strong focus on quality and speed.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience in social media, content, digital marketing or brand marketing.
- Experience building social media presence for consumer-facing / digital-first brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent content ideation, storytelling and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social trends, internet culture and consumer behaviour.
- Ability to combine creative thinking with data and performance insights.
- Experience working with designers, copywriters, creators and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to execute independently.
Good to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or new-age consumer brand.
- Experience working with creators/influencers.
- Understanding of paid and organic social media.
- Portfolio showcasing successful social campaigns and content.
Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
