Job Summary

Skilss - Sales, Service. Marketing, CPQ,CLM, Experience cloud , Integration

Should have at least 4-5 Years of Salesforce Development Experience with exposure to APEX / Visual force Customization / Lightning Customization
Communities cloud development experience is mandatory to have.
Integration experience with mulesoft or other downstream applications like SAP, Oracle etc.
Team working experience
Should have worked on Sales and Service Cloud
Requirement Analysis and Salesforce Solution Recommendations
Design Validation and Identification of gaps
Implementation and Configuration
Follow Coding Standards and Best Practices
Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical and Debugging skills in Salesforce
Data Preparation for Unit Testing
Unit Test Case preparation, Unit Testing, Bug fixing
Implementation and Configuration for Interfaces/Integrations
Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch and sync/async
Data Migration using Data Loader
Support User Acceptance Testing and Fix Bugs.
Deployment to Different Environments including Production using Best Practices
Process and Quality compliance
Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations
Atleast 2-3 Salesforce certs





Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and guide a team of developers in salesforce projects.
2. Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable salesforce apex solutions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
4. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated with salesforce updates and trends to provide innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in salesforce apex coding and customization.
2. Robust knowledge of salesforce lightning framework.
3. Experience in integrating salesforce with external systems.
4. Deep understanding of salesforce security model and data management.
5. Ability to lead and mentor a team of salesforce developers.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Other Requirements
1.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II is preferred.
