We are looking for a well-organized, energetic, and guest-focused Sales Coordinator – Social & Events to support the hotel's Social & Events sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling event enquiries, coordinating with clients, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth communication between the client and hotel operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries for social events, weddings, parties, celebrations, and other functions.
- Coordinate with clients from enquiry stage through event confirmation and execution.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, packages, and event details with clients.
- Follow up on enquiries and assist the sales team in converting leads into confirmed business.
- Coordinate with Banquets, F&B;, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments for event requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and client details.
- Assist in preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)



and ensure all event details are communicated to the concerned departments.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, client meetings, and event discussions.
- Assist the sales team in maintaining solid relationships with clients and generating repeat business.
- Ensure timely communication of changes, special requests, menus, décor, setups, and other event requirements.
- Support the team in achieving event sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

Experience:

- Hotel management: 1 year (Required)
