About the Role

Arowana Corporations Private Limited is looking for an experienced BIM Modeller with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and detailing. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and high-quality BIM models based on UK, Australian, and Current Zealand standards, project requirements, drawings, specifications, and client guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work on international BIM projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models based on project drawings and specifications.
- Work according to UK, Australian, and New Zealand BIM standards and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed 3D models, drawings, layouts, and documentation.
- Interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and engineering drawings as required.
- Ensure models meet required LOD, modelling standards, naming conventions, and project protocols.
- Coordinate models with other disciplines and identify clashes or modelling discrepancies.
- Perform model checking, quality control, and necessary corrections.
- Prepare BIM deliverables according to client requirements and project timelines.
- Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and workflows.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, project managers, and other modelling teams.
- Maintain proper model organization, file structure, and documentation.




- Support the team in resolving technical and modelling-related issues.
- Complete assigned work within project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on BIM Modelling experience.
- Strong knowledge of Revit and relevant BIM software.
- Understanding of BIM workflows and model coordination.
- Knowledge of international project standards, particularly:
- UK Standards
- Australian Standards
- New Zealand Standards
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project specifications.
- Knowledge of BIM modelling practices and documentation.
- Positive attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different international project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
- Experience working on UK, Australian, or New Zealand projects will be an added advantage.
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360/ACC or similar platforms will be an advantage.
