About the Role

We are looking for a Website Developer cum SEO Specialist with 3 years of experience who can handle both website development and SEO activities. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, optimizing, and improving websites for better performance, user experience, search engine rankings, and organic traffic.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development

- Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites.
- Build and customize websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and other relevant technologies.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, quick, secure, and cross-browser compatible.
- Troubleshoot and fix website errors, bugs, and technical issues.
- Perform website updates, content changes, integrations, and regular maintenance.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and overall user experience.
- Manage website hosting, domains, backups, and basic deployment activities.

SEO

- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, images, and internal linking.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify website-related SEO issues.
- Improve website structure and ensure SEO-friendly development.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, and conversions.




- Work on link building and off-page SEO activities.
- Identify and fix issues related to broken links, indexing, redirects, duplicate content, and crawlability.
- Manage and monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Prepare SEO performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and current SEO best practices.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Website Development and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
- Good understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of website speed and performance optimization.
- Understanding of responsive web design and mobile optimization.
- Good knowledge of website structure, indexing, crawling, and sitemap management.
- Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL is an added advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
