Job Responsibilities:

- Set up CNC Turning machines as per production drawings and process requirements.
- Install and align tools, holders, chucks, and fixtures.
- Load CNC programs and perform machine setting and trial runs.
- Set tool offsets and make necessary adjustments to achieve dimensional accuracy.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and quality requirements.
- Perform first-piece inspection and ensure components meet specifications.
- Monitor production and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Optimize cycle time and improve machine productivity.
- Maintain machine, tools, and work area in positive condition.
- Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience as a CNC Turner Setter.
- Knowledge of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.).
- Strong understanding of cutting tools, inserts, speeds, and feeds.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹10,626.62 - ₹35,686.33 per month
