Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and empathetic Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students and parents, guiding them through our educational programs, courses, and career pathways. Your goal will be to understand student aspirations and help them make informed decisions while driving institutional admissions. Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Respond to inbound leads via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner.




- Guide students through the complete admission, documentation, and enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment and admission targets.
- Maintain a detailed database of leads and follow-up statuses in the CRM software.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with cold and warm leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Gather feedback from students to improve the counseling and onboarding experience. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience: Experience in similar field Mandatory
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong active listening, empathy, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools.
