About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded Chartered Accountant to join our Business Finance team.
This is not a traditional accounting role. You’ll work closely with business and finance leadership to understand performance, drive financial insights, and support critical business decisions.

What You’ll Own
- Analyse revenue, costs, margins, profitability and key business metrics
- Drive MIS and management reporting for business leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Build financial models and perform scenario / sensitivity analysis
- Identify business trends, performance gaps and opportunities through data
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and financial drivers
- Support leadership with data-backed insights for decision-making
- Drive process improvements and automation across financial reporting and analysis
- Work on strategic and ad-hoc business finance projects
What We’re Looking For
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
- 0–1 year of post-qualification experience
- Strong understanding of P&L;, financial statements, budgeting and financial analysis
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect financial metrics to business outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, attention to detail and willingness to work in a quick-paced environment
- Prior exposure to FP&A; / Business Finance / Management Consulting / Investment Banking is a plus
