US Logistics Trainer

Experience: 1–2 Years in US Logistics

Salary:- ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month + Performance Incentives

Shift:-US Night Shift

Responsibilities

* Train new employees on **US Logistics & Truck Dispatch operations**.

* Provide practical training on **DAT, Truckstop, load booking and rate negotiation**.

* Train employees on broker/driver communication and shipment tracking.

* Conduct mock calls, practical sessions and performance assessments.

* Prepare training materials and SOPs.

* Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of hands-on experience in **US Logistics/Truck Dispatch**.

* Strong knowledge of **DAT, Truckstop, TMS, ELD and US trucking operations**.

* Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to explain processes clearly and train freshers.

* Previous training/mentoring experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
