Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of fine-tuned language models to meet project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and understanding of large language models.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations, Python Frameworks, Generative AI.
- Strong experience in fine-tuning and adapting language models for domain-specific applications.
- In-depth knowledge of model evaluation techniques and performance optimization.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and implement data preprocessing pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms and deployment strategies.
- Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
