1. Develop customized digital marketing strategies for newly onboarded clients based on their business goals and industry trends
2. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms
3. Create structured workflows and processes for internal team execution to ensure timely and quality delivery
4. Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team to meet performance targets and campaign objectives
5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients; manage regular communication, strategy reviews, and performance updates
