About Quraaniq

Quraaniq is an online Quran and Islamic education platform providing personalized one-to-one Quran learning for children and adults worldwide.

We are looking for a confident, empathetic and responsible Parent Counsellor and Student Enrolment Coordinator who can communicate with parents, understand their children's learning requirements, explain our programs clearly and guide interested families towards the most suitable learning option.

Key Responsibilities

1. Parent Communication and Counselling

- Communicate with parents through phone calls and WhatsApp regarding their children's Quran learning requirements.
- Understand the child's age, current learning level, previous learning experience and parent's expectations.
- Explain Quraaniq's courses, teaching approach, class structure and learning process in a simple and professional manner.
- Help parents understand which learning program may be suitable for their child.
- Respond politely and confidently to basic queries related to Quran classes.

2. Free Demo Class Coordination

- Communicate with interested parents and guide them towards booking a Free Demo Class.
- Coordinate suitable demo timings according to parent and mentor availability.
- Confirm scheduled demo sessions and maintain proper records.
- Follow up with parents after the demo to understand their feedback and requirements.

3. Parent Follow-ups and Student Enrolment

- Maintain regular and meaningful follow-ups with interested parents.
- Address common concerns regarding fees, timings, class structure, teaching methodology and learning progress.
- Help parents make an informed decision regarding their child's Quranic education.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospective families.
- Follow up with parents until the enquiry reaches a clear outcome.

4. Lead and Daily Record Management

- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, conversations, follow-ups, demo bookings and enrolments.
- Update the assigned Google Sheet or CRM regularly.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the management team.




- Ensure that no genuine enquiry or scheduled follow-up is missed.

Performance Targets and Expectations

This is a target-oriented position. The selected candidate will be given clearly defined monthly performance targets based on the availability and quality of leads.

Targets may include:

- Consistent and quality parent interactions
- Timely lead follow-ups
- Free Demo Class bookings
- Successful student enrolments
- Accurate and timely lead management
- Consistent daily activity and reporting

The specific targets will be communicated during the onboarding and training process and may be reviewed periodically based on lead availability, campaign performance and business requirements.

Achievement of assigned targets will be an important part of the candidate's performance evaluation. Consistent performance and target achievement may lead to additional performance-based incentives and future growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Requirements

- Good command of Hindi and Urdu.
- Basic working knowledge of English, including the ability to read and write simple professional messages.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Quran and Arabic.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Polite, patient and respectful manner while speaking with parents.
- Comfortable communicating through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and digital tools.
- Must have a personal laptop or desktop and stable internet connection.
- Ability to maintain records and follow instructions properly.
- Genuine interest in Quranic and Islamic education.
- Ability to work consistently towards assigned targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in parent counselling, education, EdTech, customer support or student coordination.
- Familiarity with Noorani Qaida, Quran Reading, basic Tajweed or Islamic Studies.
- Previous experience communicating with parents.
- Formal or informal Quran or Arabic learning experience will be an advantage.

- Goal-oriented and responsible for follow-ups, demo bookings and assigned targets.
- Trustworthy, consistent and professional in communication.
- Willing to learn Quraaniq's programs and counselling process.

The candidate does not need to be an Islamic scholar or professional Quran teacher. However, a basic understanding of Quran and Arabic is required.

Compensation

Fixed Part-Time Remuneration plus Performance-Based Incentives.

The selected candidate will receive a fixed part-time remuneration along with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based incentives upon achieving applicable targets.

The exact remuneration, working hours, targets and incentive structure will be discussed during the selection and onboarding process.
