Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries from prospective clients, explaining our services and converting leads into successful client onboardings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to client enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp or other communication channels.
- Understand the client’s requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Clearly explain service offerings, pricing, and onboarding procedures.
- Follow up with prospective clients and address their queries.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Required Skills:
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet conversion targets.
Qualification:
- Any graduate.
- Prior experience in sales, business development or customer handling is preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
