Experience: 3 to 5 years in CNC & VMC machining, inspection and product qualification.
Scope of Work:
Responsible for product qualification from raw material inspection, machining process validation, special process verification, assembly fitment checking and final product approval with proper quality records.
Required Skills
1. Machining Process Knowledge
Knowledge of CNC Turning, VMC machining and precision machining process.
Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerances and critical dimensions.
Knowledge of tooling, fixtures and process improvement.
2. Product Qualification Skills (Raw Material to Final Product)
Incoming material inspection and MTC verification.
In-process machining inspection and parameter verification and First piece approval
Final assembly inspection, fitment checking and functional validation.
3. Industry Knowledge (Added Advantage)
Medical device manufacturing and assembly knowledge preferred.
Automotive precision machining and assembly experience also preferred.
Knowledge of SOP/WI/ PFMEA and Control Plan is an added advantage for product quality
4. Special Process Knowledge
Aluminium anodizing process verification and Painting process qualification.
Coating thickness, adhesion and surface finish inspection.
5. Inspection & Quality Skills
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments:
Knowledge of MSA, SPC, 8D, CAPA and Root Cause Analysis.
6. Assembly & Fitment Qualification
Mechanical assembly process verification and Fitment accuracy and alignment checking.
Sub-assembly and final product validation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
