Job Summary

Royal Global University (RGU), Guwahati, is looking for an experienced and motivated Faculty Member to train and mentor undergraduate students in Commerce, Finance, and Management. The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality academic training, supporting student evaluation and reporting, and preparing students for internships and final placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective classroom training to undergraduate students in Commerce, Finance, and Management.
- Plan and conduct lectures, academic activities, assessments, and other learning activities as per university requirements.
- Participate in the student evaluation and assessment process as directed by the university.
- Maintain and prepare academic reports, records, and documentation as required.
- Mentor and guide students to strengthen their academic and professional competencies.
- Prepare students effectively for internships, industry exposure,



and final placements.
- Support students in developing relevant technical, analytical, communication, and employability skills.
- Coordinate with the university and academic team to ensure smooth delivery of academic activities.
- Contribute to other academic responsibilities and initiatives assigned by the university.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- M.Com / MBA (Finance) with B.Com / ACA / ACMA qualification.
- PhD in Commerce / Management will be preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in Commerce, Finance, or Management.
- Robust subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Good communication, presentation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage and mentor undergraduate students.

- Passionate about teaching, student development, and academic excellence.
- Strong understanding of Commerce, Finance, and Management concepts.
- Ability to connect academic concepts with practical and industry-oriented applications.
- Comfortable working in a structured university/academic environment.
