We are hiring a Customer Care Manager - Sales for an automobile dealership. The role involves customer follow-ups, handling queries and complaints, coordinating test drives, bookings and vehicle deliveries, supporting the sales team, maintaining CRM/DMS records and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Care Manager or 5-6 years as a Customer Care Executive in an automobile dealership preferred. Robust communication, follow-up, problem-solving and MS Excel/CRM skills required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
