We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Salesman to join our showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizes, colours, and alternatives.
- Support billing and other showroom operations when required.
- Maintain proper product arrangement and stock presentation.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and grooming standards.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve showroom targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in retail sales preferred.
- Experience in Footwear, Fashion, other retail industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work in a retail showroom environment.
