Position: Manager – Business Development & Application
Location: Hadapsar Office, Pune

Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for managing complete technical and commercial activities from inquiry generation to the start of regular sales. The role involves working closely with customers in the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector and ensuring effective communication of technical solutions.
Industry & Business Focus
- Industry: Electric Vehicle (EV) Components
- Products: Components related to Electric Vehicle parts
- Customers: Electric vehicle manufacturers and their suppliers
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end business development activities from inquiry to order conversion
- Manage technical and commercial discussions with customers
- Understand customer technical issues and provide suitable solutions
- Clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to customers
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers across India
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Back-office work
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production Engineering + MBA
