Job Summary

We are looking for an HR & Statutory Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end statutory compliance across our branches in India. The role focuses on PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other applicable labour law compliances, audits, inspections, and documentation. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively to branches for compliance verification and labour law inspections.

Key ResponsibilitiesStatutory Compliance Management

- Handle end-to-end compliance for Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (PF), Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
- Ensure timely monthly/half-yearly/annual statutory returns and payments.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and employee documentation as per law.
- Coordinate with consultants and government departments for compliance matters.

Labour Law Compliance

- Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws such as:
- Shops and Establishments Act
- Payment of Wages Act, 1936
- Minimum Wages Act, 1948
- Payment of Bonus Act, 1965




- Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972
- Maternity Benefit Act, 1961
- Keep track of state-wise compliance requirements for all branches.

Inspection & Audit Handling

- Represent the organization during labour inspections and audits.
- Prepare and present required documents during inspections.
- Close inspection notices within the timeline.

Branch Visits & Compliance Verification

- Travel to branches across India for statutory audit and verification.
- Check employee files, registers, notices, and license displays.
- Train branch admins on statutory compliance requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain compliance tracker for all branches.
- Submit regular compliance status reports to management.
- Maintain soft and hard copies of statutory records for audit readiness.
