Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller Executives for our Outbound Voice Process in Collections/Recovery.
The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending payments, following up on outstanding dues, maintaining professional communication, updating payment information and achieving daily and monthly collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding pending payments.
- Follow up on outstanding dues through outbound calls.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Update call records and payment status in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries related to pending payments.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Follow the required collection and recovery process.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during calls.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Collections/Recovery or a similar outbound voice process.
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Good communication skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from office.
Language Requirement
Candidates should be proficient in any one or more of the following languages:
- Hindi
- Marathi
- Telugu
- Tamil
- Gujarati
- Kannada
- Odia
- Bengali
- Punjabi
