Qualifications:

- Founder Level:
- 1-3 years experience, Postgraduate degree in Physics, and B.Ed.




- Master Level:
- 4-8 years experience, Postgraduate degree in Physics, and B.Ed.
- Developer Level:
- 9+ years experience, Postgraduate degree in Physics, and B.Ed or M.Ed.

Screening Process:

- Written Test: Subject-specific exam in Physics.
- Proficiency Test: Assessment of MS Office skills.
- Reading Test: Conducted via Microsoft Teams.
- Teaching Demonstration: Mock classroom session.
