We are looking for an experienced Plant Operations Manager / Head to lead operations at our 75–100 TPD Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Processing Plant in Aizawl, Mizoram.

Location: Aizawl, Mizoram
Plant Capacity: 75–100 TPD MSW Processing

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end plant operations, production & throughput
-Optimize MSW segregation, recyclable recovery & RDF/AFR production
-Lead machinery, fleet & preventive maintenance
-Ensure EHS, SWM Rules 2016, CPCB/SPCB & regulatory compliance
-Manage plant budgets, costs, KPIs & operational efficiency
-Lead teams, workforce development & local stakeholder coordination
-Drive continuous improvement, Lean/5S & operational excellence

Ideal Candidate:
#7–10+ years of plant/manufacturing/operations experience
#3–5 years in a managerial/supervisory role
#Engineering / Operations / Management degree




#Experience in MSW, waste management, recycling or manufacturing operations preferred
#Strong leadership, technical, maintenance & cost-management skills
#English & Hindi proficiency required; Mizo is an advantage
#Experience in North-East India / hilly terrain will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
