We're Hiring: Technical / Construction Consultant (Junior)

Location: Madhya Pradesh (State Project Directorate – PM USHA) Role: Technical / Construction Consultant – Junior Salary: ₹40,000/month Type: Full-time, Consultant Engagement

We're looking for a motivated Civil Engineering professional to join our team supporting infrastructure monitoring and construction consulting under the PM USHA scheme for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Madhya Pradesh.

What you'll do: Monitor and support construction activities across HEIs Liaison with PIU and stakeholders for planning, approval & progress Conduct physical verification and quality assurance checks Prepare progress reports and flag risks/issues Ensure work is executed as per approved plans and workplans

What we're looking for:



University degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture Minimum 5 years of qualified experience (Government or reputed institute experience preferred) At least 1 year of experience in building/infrastructure project execution Good written & verbal communication skills in Hindi and English Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
