- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers using leads generated by the marketing team.
- Follow defined SOPs to ensure timely customer follow-ups and maintain accurate feedback records.
- Coordinate with store teams to facilitate and complete customer sales conversions.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly KPIs, including call volume, lead conversion, and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/system on a regular basis.
