Job Description

Leafoberryy is a modern botanical skincare brand that blends traditional beauty wisdom with modern formulations. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Reels Content Creator who understands aesthetics, storytelling, and social media trends—especially in the beauty and skincare space.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design high-quality creatives for:
- Instagram posts, stories, and carousels
- Product banners, launches, and offers
- Packaging mockups, labels, and brand collaterals
- Website and marketplace creatives (Amazon, etc.)
- Maintain brand consistency in colors, fonts, and visual tone
- Create clean, premium visuals aligned with skincare aesthetics

Reels & Video Content

- Edit short-form videos and Reels for Instagram and YouTube Shorts
- Add text overlays, transitions, music, and trending formats
- Create educational, product-focused, and founder-led skincare content
- Edit videos provided by the brand (shoot footage will be shared)

Creative Support

- Collaborate with the founder on content ideas and visual direction
- Stay updated with beauty, skincare, and social media trends
- Suggest creative formats that increase engagement and visibility

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar tools)
- Strong Reels/video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Good understanding of Instagram trends and formats




- Basic knowledge of skincare/beauty aesthetics preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow creative briefs

Experience & Work Style

- 1–2 years experience (candidates only with robust portfolio welcome)
- Full-time, Permanent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Portfolio & Selection Task:
- Candidates applying for this role are required to submit their portfolio. As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will also be given a task to create one reel and one creative based on the brand’s requirements. The final selection will be made based on the quality, creativity, and overall execution of these submissions.
