Shubhangitrades India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a technically sound and experienced Quality Inspection Manager (Construction) to oversee quality standards and inspection activities across live construction sites in Nagpur.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in construction projects, strong knowledge of civil works and construction processes, and the ability to identify quality issues and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect ongoing construction work at live project sites.
- Monitor the quality of civil and structural work.
- Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Check workmanship, materials, measurements, and execution quality.
- Identify construction defects, deviations, and quality-related issues.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve quality concerns.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain inspection records.
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented within the required timelines.




- Monitor the use and quality of construction materials.
- Support site teams in maintaining consistent construction quality.
- Report quality issues and site observations to the management.
- Ensure construction work meets required technical and industry standards.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in construction, site inspection, quality control, or site execution.
- Hands-on experience working at live construction sites.
- Strong technical understanding of construction and civil works.
- Ability to identify and resolve quality and execution-related issues.
- Valuable knowledge of construction materials, workmanship, and site practices.
- Strong observation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Candidates with practical site experience and strong technical knowledge will be preferred.

₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and industry standards.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
