Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Incoming Quality Engineer to ensure product quality during all stages of manufacturing of agricultural implements. The candidate will monitor manufacturing processes, identify defects, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with quality standards to achieve zero-defect production.
Job Description
- Positive knowledge of GD&T;
- Inspection of machining items like gear box housing , axle hub, shafts ,gears
- PPAP , Supplier Rating, PPM, First Pass Yield
- CAPA ,Issue Analysis
- Supplier Visits
Preferred Knowledge
- ISO 9001:2015
- Lean Manufacturing
- TPM
- Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred)
- Agricultural implement manufacturing processes
- Welding, fabrication, machining, powder coating, and assembly quality standards
