Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Techno Sales professional with strong knowledge of the ISP/Broadband industry and an established network among LCO (Local Cable Operator) fraternities. The candidate will be responsible for driving B2B business through LCOs while providing necessary technical support and guidance at the LCO end.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with LCOs for B2B business development.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's LCO network.
· Drive sales of broadband/ISP products and services through LCO partners.
· Coordinate with LCOs to understand their business and technical requirements.
· Provide basic technical support and guidance related to OLT, ONU and other network equipment.
· Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of technical issues faced by LCOs.
· Work closely with internal technical and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
· Conduct regular market visits and maintain solid ground-level presence.
· Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
· Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
· Maintain regular reporting on sales, LCO visits, leads and business conversions.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
· Ability to combine sales knowledge with technical understanding.
· Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates currently working in ISP, Broadband, FTTH, Cable TV or Telecom companies, particularly those having strong relationships with LCOs and practical knowledge of OLT/ONU and broadband networks, will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.65 per month
