Role Overview :We are seeking a visionary Business Head to lead our spiritual e-commerce brand. You will hold complete P&L; responsibility, overseeing daily operations, cross-departmental management, and aggressive business expansion while scaling our social media influence.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & P&L;: Manage end-to-end business operations and department heads (Product, Marketing, Tech, Logistics) to ensure profitability.
Business Expansion: Identify and execute growth strategies, including current product categories, market reach, and strategic partnerships.
Brand & Social Media: Oversee the content and growth strategy for social media platforms to maintain and enhance brand presence and community engagement.
Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement annual business plans, setting clear KPIs for all departments.
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team,
fostering a culture aligned with the brand's spiritual values.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably in D2C e-commerce or lifestyle brands.
Growth Track Record: Proven experience in scaling a business from early stages to significant revenue milestones.
Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media algorithms, performance marketing, and community building.
Analytical Skills: Expert in P&L; management, data-driven decision-making, and operational optimisation.
Cultural Fit: A deep understanding of or affinity for the spiritual and wellness industry.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
