As our ecosystem expands, we are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Intern who wants hands-on exposure to property sales, client relationship management, and market research in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities to support organisational growth.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Present company products and services to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective clients.
- Support the sales process, including client acquisition and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, marketing, customer relationship management, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Good presentation and client handling skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Target oriented with a proactive and result driven approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
