Primacy In-Home Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly professional Postnatal & Infant Caregiver for a dedicated live-in assignment in Cherthala, Alappuzha. You will be providing specialized, round-the-clock support for a mother and her 40-day-old newborn.

Core Responsibilities:

- Infant Care: Manage daily routines for a 40-day-old infant, including feeding assistance, bathing, diapering, soothing, and sleep schedule management.
- Postnatal Support: Provide physical and emotional assistance to the recovering mother, including mobility support and monitoring for postpartum distress.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict hygiene protocols for the baby’s environment, clothing, and feeding equipment.
- Emergency Readiness: Monitor the health vitals of both mother and baby, acting as the first line of alert for any medical anomalies.

Strict Exclusions (What you will NOT do):

- This is a specialized healthcare role.



You will not be expected to perform general household chores, heavy cleaning, or family cooking outside of the direct needs of the mother and infant.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of documented experience in newborn/neonatal care and postpartum mother support.
- Language: Fluency in Malayalam (Mandatory).
- Reliability: Willingness to commit to a 24-hour live-in structure with agreed-upon daily rest periods.
- Verification: Must pass a comprehensive background check and provide valid government ID (Aadhaar) and verifiable references.
