Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to manage the overall operations of a garment manufacturing factory. The person will be responsible for production, manpower, quality, timely delivery, and smooth day-to-day factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the garment factory.
- Plan and monitor production to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Manage cutting, sewing, finishing, ironing, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure orders are completed on time as per customer requirements.
- Manage production supervisors, workers, and other factory staff.
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively.
- Monitor production efficiency, quality, wastage, and rework.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, PPC, Stores, Purchase, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure required materials and accessories are available for production.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate maintenance when required.




- Control production costs and minimize wastage and downtime.
- Ensure proper discipline, safety, and compliance within the factory.
- Prepare daily and monthly production reports for management.
- Identify production issues and take timely corrective action.

Requirements

- 10–15 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry.
- Robust experience in managing garment factory operations.
- Good knowledge of garment production processes.
- Experience in handling production teams and manpower.
- Good understanding of production planning, quality, and productivity.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Tiruppur garment industry experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
