We are seeking a relationship Manager to oversee and manage the production workflow for our photography team. ensuring that all images meet the company’s high standards before delivery to clients. You will work closely with photographers and the creative team to maintain consistency and quality across all projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the final product exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of photo editors, ensuring the timely and effective completion of post-production tasks.
- Organize and prioritize workflows to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Implement and refine post-production processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Review and approve final edits before delivery to clients, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with photographers and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from shoot to post-production.
- Maintain and organize photo libraries, ensuring proper file management and archival systems.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Proven experience in client servicing
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of editors.
- A keen eye for detail,
with the ability to enhance images while preserving their natural beauty.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
