We are looking for a confident, creative, and energetic Social Media Executive & Influencer to represent our brand across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera, creating engaging short-form videos, and communicating with audiences in a natural and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Represent Milestone as an on-camera personality and social media face.
- Create and present engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and promotional videos.
- Develop creative ideas, topics, hooks, and simple scripts for social media content.
- Explain study abroad, visa, travel, and immigration-related topics in an easy-to-understand way.
- Stay updated with trending Reels, sounds, formats, and social media trends.
- Manage day-to-day social media content and posting activities.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and help build an active online community.
- Collaborate with the Content Creator and Marketing team to plan campaigns.
- Promote Milestone's services, campaigns, events, and achievements through social media.
- Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach,



engagement, and leads.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Good command of English and Hindi/Punjabi.
- Creative personality with a strong understanding of social media trends.
- Positive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video platforms.
- Ability to speak naturally and confidently while recording videos.
- Previous experience in social media, content creation, influencing, presenting, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and on-camera skills are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Basic video shooting and editing knowledge.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and audience growth.
- Ability to create engaging hooks and storytelling content.
