Role Summary

The Outreach Manager will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, schools, coaching institutes, and educational organizations. The role focuses on expanding CBS's institutional network, driving student admissions through partner institutions, and strengthening long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, acquire, and onboard new universities, colleges, schools, and coaching institutes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, Directors, Deans, Placement Officers, and institutional stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic institutional partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions with decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and execute MoUs with partner institutions.
- Organize seminars, career guidance sessions, workshops, admission drives, and other engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive student admissions and improve conversion rates.
- Map target institutions, identify new market opportunities, and monitor competitor activities.




- Achieve monthly partnership acquisition and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, partnership pipeline, and submit periodic activity reports.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 3–10 years of experience in B2B Education Sales, Institutional Sales, or Partnership Management.
- Experience in working with Universities, Colleges, Schools, Coaching Institutes, EdTech, or Skill Development organizations.
- Strong existing network within educational institutions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
