We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Manager to lead and oversee the complete financial operations of our rehabilitation centre. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting functions, ensure statutory compliance, and supervise the accounts department to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the Accounts Department, including oversight of accountants and billing staff
- Review and monitor daily accounting operations (billing, invoicing, receipts, and reconciliations)
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure accurate maintenance of the general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, GST, etc.)
- Prepare and file GST returns and other statutory filings on time




- Develop and monitor budgets and provide financial reports to management
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions
- Implement and improve internal financial controls and processes
- Ensure confidentiality of financial records

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounts & finance
- Atleast 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and MS Excel
- Robust leadership and team management skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
