Job Overview

We are Urgently looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive & Manager to join . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales and marketing targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
- Contact potential customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.




- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- 0–8 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/sales tools.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
