Job Summary

PRY Live Style Pvt. Ltd. – GO99 is looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our retail warehouse. The role will be responsible for Goods Inward and Outward, stock management, store-wise dispatches, stock transfers, warehouse team supervision, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment of retail stores.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of retail warehouse operations, inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, goods movement and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete Goods Inward and Goods Outward operations.
- Receive goods from vendors, suppliers and other locations and verify quantity, documents and physical stock.
- Ensure proper GRN / inward entry and system updates for all received goods.
- Plan and control store-wise goods dispatches and stock transfers.
- Ensure accurate picking, checking, packing, loading and dispatch of goods to retail stores.
- Coordinate daily stock requirements and replenishment for multiple retail stores.
- Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, transfer, return and closing stock.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure proper storage and location-wise arrangement.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and coordinate stock audits.
- Identify and resolve stock mismatch, shortage, excess and damaged goods.
- Monitor pending inward, pending transfers and pending dispatches.
- Coordinate with retail stores regarding stock requirements, transfers and returns.
- Manage customer/store returns, damaged stock and excess stock as per company procedures.
- Ensure proper barcode, tagging, packing and segregation of merchandise wherever applicable.
- Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports including Inward, Outward, Transfer, Pending Dispatch and Stock Status.




- Maintain proper warehouse documentation and system records.
- Supervise, allocate work and monitor the performance of warehouse staff.
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness, safety and proper handling of merchandise inside the warehouse.
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely loading and delivery to retail stores.
- Ensure goods are dispatched according to the approved transfer/dispatch documents.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and improve operational efficiency.
- Escalate stock discrepancies, delays, damages and operational issues to the concerned management team.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Excel
- ERP / WMS knowledge preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to manage multiple store requirements and dispatch schedules
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Retail / Garments / Fashion / Textile Warehouse
- Experience handling warehouse operations for multiple retail stores will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in GOODS IN, GOODS OUT, stock transfer, dispatch and inventory control are preferred.
