- Handle sales through calls, WhatsApp and social media platforms.
- Respond to customer enquiries, assist with product selection
- Making of sales invoices
- Maintain and regularly update inventory and stock records.
- Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely order dispatches and deliveries.
- Coordinate with stores and internal teams regarding stock availability, transfers, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, deliveries, and customer queries.
- Handle basic customer service and resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain daily sales and order records and share regular updates with management.
- requirement : Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
- A tech-savvy, proactive, and responsible individual
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
