Job Description :

- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) for chemical manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to chemical handling and production
- Monitor and control raw material quality, batch processing, and finished goods as per defined specifications
- Approve formulations and ensure consistency in detergents, degreasers, disinfectants, and other cleaning chemicals
- Conduct in-process quality checks and final inspections before dispatch
- Handle customer complaints, product returns, and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
- Coordinate with Purchase team for vendor quality evaluation and approval of raw materials
- Ensure proper lab testing, stability testing, and product validation
- Maintain documentation such as COA (Certificate of Analysis),



MSDS, batch records, and QC reports
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards
- Train production and QC teams on quality procedures and safety practices
- Work closely with R&D; for product improvement and recent product development
- All audits points related to quality should be done ns needs to fulfil and reports to be generated
- Process &execuion; with all depth& related SOP’s to be implemented.
- All QC’s will be controlled by QC Manager.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
