Job Summary

Role purpose Owns the end-to-end solution and technical architecture for ServiceNow HRSD and AI programmes. Translates client requirements into upgrade-safe, governed platform designs and maintains architectural integrity as solutions scale from assisted intelligence to agentic operations. Key responsibilities • Own the solution design, layered architecture and AI autonomy model across the programme. • Design AI capabilities - virtual agent, Now Assist, AI search, triage, agentic patterns - as upgrade-safe, out of-box-first configuration. • Define integration architecture (HR system of record, identity/SSO, middleware) and the data-flow and residency model. • Set technical standards, review the build against them and arbitrate design decisions across the team. • Produce technical inputs to data-protection assessments and security reviews; embed AI governance controls into the architecture. • Support use-case scoring and AI autonomy tiering. Skills & certifications • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect, or equivalent depth. • Deep HRSD Professional platform knowledge, including Employee Center, journeys and knowledge management. • Now Assist / generative-AI architecture on ServiceNow and agentic patterns (action registry, guardrails). • Integration architecture: OData,



REST, middleware, identity/SSO. • Data protection by design - GDPR Article 22, DPIA inputs, RBAC and audit design. Experience 12+ years technical delivery, 6+ on ServiceNow, with enterprise HRSD or AI-on-ServiceNow programmes as lead architect.

Key Responsibilities
1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with current technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
