We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Preschool Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to positively impact the lives of young children through creative and engaging educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Planning and Implementation:

1. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on a well-rounded curriculum.

2. Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and critical thinking.

Classroom Management:

1.Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.

2. Foster positive behavior through effective communication and positive reinforcement techniques.

Child Development:

1. Observe and assess the developmental needs of each child, providing individualized support as needed.

2. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a holistic understanding of each childs progress.

Communication:

1. Establish open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on childrens activities, progress, and any concerns.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure cohesive teamwork and a positive working environment.

Health and Safety:

1.Implement health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all children in the preschool.

2. Conduct regular safety drills and maintain a clean and hygienic classroom workplace.

Professional Development:

1. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

2. Actively contribute to staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Relevant teaching experience, especially in a preschool setting, is preferred.

Strong understanding of child development principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
